JV STATE - Need Drivers

This weekend is JV State.  It will be held at Kearns.  We will stay at the Pavilion Inn again.  We are in need of drivers.  Will you please shoot me an email (cedarclark@yahoo.com) or comment below if you are willing to drive.  He has listed the following players are eligible to attend:  Rebecca, Natalie, Alissa, Maddie, Eliza, Makenna, Hannah, Payton, Makenzie, Kaycee and Bailey.  Kyler, Zack, Joey, Holden, Garrett, Alex, Forrest, Nash, Roland and Justin.  Here is the schedule for this weekend:

Summer Games/ JV State

Utah  Summer Games begins this Thursday.  Girls have a game at 4:00pm and boys at 6:30pm.  For a complete schedule, look it up on the Utah Summer Game website.

STATE JV TOURNAMENT
*Reasons for playing time...
1.  All the above are eligible for State JV
2. The coach picks players and playing time.
3 A tired player will be subbed out for some rest.
4.  If a player can't come back for defense, they can be subbed for a rest.
5.  Full time cherry pickers will be subbed for a rest.
6. After 2 ejections, a player will be subbed out of the game.
7. All will play and no one will play all 4 quarters.

KEARNS TOURNEY HOTEL/RIDE INFORMATION

Things are shaping up for this weekend's tournament.

We are leaving Friday at noon from the Aquatic Center, unless your driver has indicated to you differently.  We are staying at The Pavilion Inn.  This comes with breakfast.  A few players are staying with parents or other family.  Parents:  Please ask your player to "room nicely".  If the player is out of control, or if we are notified by the front desk of problems, Coach Coston will handle the situation and your player will not be able to stay with the team in a hotel in the future, or may come when accompanied by a parent.

THIS WEEKEND AT KEARNS!

Once again, we will travel to Kearns Oquirrh Park to play waterpolo!   

All players were advised on Monday what they owe, plus how much the tournament will cost them.  (I have tried to use all orange money first.) Check with your player to see what needs to be paid.   ALL FEES NEED TO BE PAID BY THURSDAY!   Your player needs to indicate if he/she is attending by Wednesday.

We will be staying at The Pavilion Inn in Murray again.  They have been kind to us.  Also, the Hall's have graciously opened their home to any boy who would like to stay there.  Please see the white board at practice to sign up for rooms/roommates. 

Mr. Richard Clark is making arrangements for rides.  I am aware of the Blackwell car (5-6) and Hendrix car (2-3).  I am sure Richard Clark has more information.  If you are willing to drive, comment below.

We anticipate leaving at noon from the Aquatic Center parking lot.  Please be on time.  Below is the schedule.

We are still looking for drivers.  You can volunteer to drive by making a comment in the comment section below, or contact Janet (cedarclark@yahoo.com) or Richard Clark at (mredialyze@yahoo.com).  When the final schedule is posted, I will post it here.  I assume if the schedule above does not change, we will anticipate leaving the CCAC at 12:30.

Please be aware all fees are due before anyone plays.  April fees are now due.   Ask your player if he/she needs to pay for fees.  ALL PLAYERS should have paid FEBRUARY, MARCH AND APRIL team fees.  No pay; no play.

Finally, we have t-shirts for sale.  All players were given one at no expense.  We have extra shirts for family, friends, etc.  The cost is $10.00.  We have a limited supply, so you will want to act fast to get these amazing shirts.  Please see Shaena Dansie at practice.


       

Utah Summer Games - Parental Permission Required

This is a message from Kim Maxwell:

 

"The team is still in need of a few parent signatures for USG. I will be at practice the next 1.5 weeks, starting Monday, from 4:00 - 5:00 (in front foyer at tables) for all parents to come in and sign. As you know, their player will not be able to participate in USG without this signature.

Here is a current list of missing Waiver signatures: Holden and Justin Edwards, Tyler Galettka, Marshall Gunter, Zack Hall, Rolland Stead, Kaycee Etchart, Cassidy Thomas, Rebecca Rhoton, Alissa Castro, and Cheyenne Marsh, McKenna Wilde.  Thank you."

 

If you have not signed the waiver and your name isn't listed above, please come to practice and see Kim Maxwell.  We want to make sure everyone can play at UTAH SUMMER GAMES (April 25, 26, 27)

 

NEXT TOURNAMENT - APRIL 19&20 @KEARNS...TSHIRTS ARE IN!!

The next scheduled tournament is set for April 19 and 20 at the Kearns Pool.  This will be a Varsity Boy/Girls tournament.  We estimate the cost to be between $35-$50.  Please sign up at practice if you plan on attending.  JV may also sign up in case there aren't enough Varsity to fill a team.
